If a homeowner in Erie, PA's Countryside community has a service request or a landscaping request, they can submit the requests from this page. Requests are reviewed by the homeowner association board for review and approval.

It is our objective to process service requests as approved or denied as soon as possible.
Some will be delayed for research or board review.
Exterior Alterations & Landscaping Request
The undersigned Unit owner has requested permission from the Countryside Association for Exterior Alterations. We hereby acknowledge receipt of the Rules and Regulations and agree to comply with all such requirements, which have been or may be imposed by the Rules and Regulations of the Association.
We hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Association for any failure to comply with the Rules and Regulations concerning future issues with the exterior alterations including the reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenditures, reasonable attorney’s fees, upkeep, costs, and expenses. This agreement is to hold binding to current and all future owners of said Unit.
