Maleno Property Management is pleased to represent and serve several condo homeowner associations (HOA) within the Erie County community. Condo communities are valued for their maintenance-free lifestyles, which is where we come in! Residents are able to access their AppFolio Portal and/or submit service requests by clicking on the appropriate association below.
Maleno Management is owned by Natalie Washburn, Broker/Owner.
We manage 700+ units rental units as well as multiple Condo Homeowner Associations in the Erie and Nashville area. Natalie is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the rental offices as well as the leasing, maintenance and sales staff.
