Maleno Participates in McDowell Homecoming Parade
In Millcreek Township, PA, hundreds lined the streets for McDowell High School's annual Homecoming Parade. The parade began promptly at 5:30 pm, north on Homestead, across W 27th St and south on Caughery Rd. This year, the parade was led by the Millcreek Township Superintendents and included the Homecoming couples from last year and this year. Maleno was proud to participate in the middle of the pack with two of our trucks, 12 employees, and 10 of our employees' children--who had a ball throwing candy from the backs of the trucks! We even had biscuits for our furry "friends".
Driving one of the trucks was custom builder, Dominic Maleno. "As an alumnus myself, I am proud to be a McDowell High School supporter. It's great to see the crowds continuing to come out year after year." With feet on the ground, Natalie Washburn, broker/owner of Maleno Real Estate, walked along beside the trucks. "We participated for the first time last year and were impressed with both the school's organization and energy from the crowds. Millcreek is a community with strong traditions that our family can relate to and I foresee us returning year after year". The Maleno company continues to be a strong supporter of the community through custom building , real estate, property management, and philanthropy efforts through the Maleno Family to Family Fund.
