2019 Annual Holiday Party Provides an Enjoyable Evening for Apartment Residents

People living within Maleno's rental communities were delighted to share an evening with fellow residents, some of whom were old friends and others who were new to the communities.

The annual Holiday Party is hosted each year by the Maleno Property Management team for residents living within their four apartment communities: Lake View Apartments, Scenery Hills Apartments, Shadow Pines Apartments, and The Village on Pacific.  Over 125 people from all walks of life and beliefs enjoyed an evening of good food & drinks and interesting conversations, while developing new friendships.  

The party was held at Calamari's Squid Row on Thursday, December 12th from 5-7 PM.

Santa's elves were also in attendance, handing out gifts of wine or Stefanelli's chocolates to each resident.

"We've been hosting an annual holiday party for many years now," said Property Manager, Natalie Washburn. "The party is a way for us to say 'thank you for choosing to make your home with us'.  However, our residents always give back the goodwill ten-fold.  It's very humbling and heart-warming at the same time!"

Those who were unable to attend the event were encouraged to pick up their gift at the Property Management office located at 2315 Jamestown Dr, Erie, PA.
