Client Relations Coordinator (Construction)

Overview: Acts as the primary liaison between clients and the company full-time, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and qualify incoming leads.​
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and the builder.​
  • Attend client meetings to take detailed notes and follow up on action items.​
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.​
  • Handle straightforward client requests independently.​
  • Create specifications and documentation for proposed clients.
  • Provide support to the design and estimation teams, especially during their absence.​
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.​

Ideal Candidate: Possesses excellent communication skills, is highly organized, and has a background in customer service or administrative roles within the construction industry.

Salary:  $62,000/year
