Overview: Acts as the primary liaison between clients and the company full-time, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen and qualify incoming leads.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and the builder.
- Attend client meetings to take detailed notes and follow up on action items.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Handle straightforward client requests independently.
- Create specifications and documentation for proposed clients.
- Provide support to the design and estimation teams, especially during their absence.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate: Possesses excellent communication skills, is highly organized, and has a background in customer service or administrative roles within the construction industry.
Salary: $62,000/year
