RC hails from Detroit, Michigan. After moving to Nashville, Tennessee in 2002, he spent the first decade of his professional career operating an independent record label where he managed marketing, publicity, and ratio promotions on a national and international level.

2014 brought on a new venture in the property management industry. RC quickly gained experience running multi-family and regional single-family home operations, including maintenance and project management.

Today, RC takes pride and joy being part of the Maleno family. He is a proud family man, classic car enthusiast, and a Motown music lover who loves living life on the edge!
