As a licensed PA Realtor since 2003, she specializes in Residential and Condominium Sales, skillfully overseeing all real estate transactions and marketing initiatives for the company.

Managing 700+ units in the Erie and Nashville areas, Natalie excels in the day-to-day operations of the rental offices, leasing, maintenance, and sales staff. A dedicated professional to her company and the community, she actively contributes to the Greater Erie Board of Realtors, having served as President in 2011 and Realtor of the Year in 2014, along with her family helped manage the Maleno Family to Family Fund for 13 years, and currently lends her expertise to the Erie City Mission Board of Directors.
